Farshad Ansari has been in Seattle area for the last 45 years and has a Bachelor of Engineering from University of Washington and MBA from University of California. He is happily married for over 21 years and proud parent of two children and five grand kids.
He is knowledgeable of the market and ready to help you whether you want to buy or sell in the Greater Seattle area.
He has a unique ability to make recommendation for home improvements, and stonework and landscaping to both the buyers and the sellers. This has helped his sellers to get a better offer for their homes. Also, the buyers have benefited from his advice to negotiate the improvements in their offers before closing. This has helped the buyers to enjoy their new home and not having to go through the cost of remodeling after purchasing their home.
